■ポジション概要

グループ全体のマーケティング戦略立案と実行を統括。組織マネジメントおよび代理店連携を含めた包括的なマーケティング活動をリードします。

■業務内容

・AIおよびSaaS事業のKPI設計と予実管理

・代理店連携による販路拡大と企画推進

・複数チームの統括マネジメントと人材育成

・経営層と連携した事業戦略の策定支援

・クロスセル促進に向けた施策の企画運用

■必須条件

以下すべてのご経験がある方

・IT業界でのtoB向け商材を扱うマーケティング業務のご経験5年以上

・5名以上のマネジメント経験

■歓迎条件

・プロダクトローンチや大規模キャンペーンの実施経験

・パートナー特化マーケティング経験

・エンタープライズのToC向け商材でマーケティング戦略、ブランディング戦略、施策立案等プラン二ングのご経験
