Group/Division
KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Accounting (PL/BS) mainly related to AP
Maintain the
accurate bookings, vendor management
:
- Management End to End process related to AP (Procurement check, GRIR check, Payment reconciliation)
- Account Payable, Vendor verification, Vendor maintenance, Automation payment system maintenance
- Accrual management (Accrual recognition – Amortization)
- Purchasing/Supplier validation, SAP Payment system management
- SOX, Internal audit, Statutory audit and Tax audit preparation
- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual closing (related to AP and Accrual)
- PL management (COGS and Expense, cost/profit center review)
- JGAAP adjustment from USGAAP for tax return
- Quarterly BS review preparation for AP, Accrual
- Management of Indian shared service monthly activities
- Global project support (AP automation, AI chat)
- Daily process improvement (Propose and join projects)
- This role reports to the Accounting Manager
Minimum Qualifications
- Nissho bookkeeping 2nd
- Business level English
- 5 years + Finance and Accounting Experience
- SAP experience
- USGAAP knowledge
- Self-motivating, enjoying working & learning, and team payer
