職務内容:
SaaS&アクセス管理
- 管理業務:Google Workspace、Slack、Microsoft 365、SmartHR、MoneyForwardスイート、Zoom等の基幹ツールにおけるライフサイクル全体(作成、アクセス制御、閉鎖)を管理
- 監査業務:全プラットフォームを対象に月次IT監査を実施し、コンプライアンスとセキュリティを確保
- サポート:内部アクセス問題、権限設定、ツール連携リクエストの主要な相談窓口として対応。
ハードウェア&デバイス管理(MDM)
- 調達・導入:Apple Business Managerを活用したMacBook/iPhoneの調達・セットアップを統括。
- 資産ライフサイクル:デバイスアップグレード、修理(Apple Storeとの調整)、離職者向けデータ消去を管理。
- オフィスインフラ:オフィスネットワーク・VPN・モニター・周辺機器の保守。
- 接続性:法人SIMカード契約(Docomo/Softbank)管理とeSIMトラブルシューティング。
セキュリティ&戦略プロジェクト
- セキュリティ監督:全社的なITセキュリティ施策とポリシー実施を主導。
- MDM移行:デバイス管理をKandjiからSimple MDMへ移行するプロジェクトを主導。
- 資産管理システム構築:現行のNotionデータベースに代わる拡張性のある資産管理システムを設計・実装。

- IT運用またはシステム管理の実務経験(必須)
- macOS環境及びモバイルデバイス管理(MDM)ワークフローの専門知識
- SaaSスイート(Google Workspace、Slack、SmartHR等)の管理経験
- オフィスネットワーク(Wi-Fi、ルーター)及びITセキュリティベストプラクティスの基礎知識
- ハードウェア在庫管理・監査を遂行する優れた組織力
- 日本語能力は、他の記載資格と同様に本ポジションの必須条件です。
言語能力:ビジネスレベルの日本語(JLPT N2)およびビジネスレベルの英語。
