ポジションの概要
フード&ビバレッジ・アテンダントは、ホテルとヒルトン・インターナショナルの基準、方針、手順に従い、ゲストに最適なサービスを提供しながら、効率的でプロフェッショナルなフード&ドリンクサービスに携わります。
具体的な職務内容
料理飲料部アテンダントとして、以下の業務を最高水準で遂行する責任があります:
- 飲食メニューの内容を自信を持って把握し、ゲストに詳しく説明する。
- 食事に関する要望を理解し、適切な提案をする。
- ビュッフェ料理に正しくラベルを貼る
- ビュッフェエリアを常に清潔に保つ
- テーブルセッティング、ビュッフェのセッティング、すべての備品の準備、上司からのシフト内容の確認など、朝食、昼食、夕食に必要な基準を満たすための手順を踏む。
- お客様がレストランに入店できるよう、すべてがきれいに整頓されていることを確認する。
- 必要に応じてバーテンダーやキッチンスタッフの補助をし、スーパーバイザーやマネージャーから依頼された業務を遂行する。
- 笑顔でお客様をお迎えし、自己紹介をしながらコートやバッグなどのお手伝いをする。
- すべてのサービス手順が要求される水準で実施されていることを確認する。
- ゲストの質問や疑問があればすぐにフォローアップし、答えられない場合は上司やマネージャーに確認する。
- 常にプロフェッショナルな振る舞いをすること。
- 事故やインシデントが発生した場合は、監督者またはマネージャーに報告すること。
