難病を抱える利用者様が住み慣れた自宅で充実した生活を送れるよう、訪問介護サービスを提供します。利用者様一人ひとりとご家族、そして介護者が一つのチームとなり、誠意を持って質の高いケアを追求することが私たちの役割です。

業務は居宅介護支援事業、介護保険法および障害者自立支援法に基づき、重度訪問介護や移動支援など多岐にわたります。難病の方に特化したきめ細やかなサービスを通じて、期待を超える感動を届けることを目指しています。未経験や無資格の方でも、研修を通じて一から技術を磨き、チームの一員として成長できる環境です。

夜勤専従で日給23,000円〜25,000円の高待遇
年3回の賞与支給実績(パートでも160,000円の支給例あり)
未経験・無資格からでも資格取得支援制度でキャリアアップ可能
週1日から勤務可能でライフスタイルに合わせた働き方

求める人材:
対象資格:介護福祉士、初任者研修、実務者研修、準看護師のいずれかをお持ちの方(実務者研修・ホームヘルパー2級以上の方は特に歓迎します)
未経験・無資格・ブランクOK:資格取得支援制度があり、無資格からスタートしたスタッフも活躍中です。
年齢不問:新卒・第二新卒から60代以上の方まで幅広く募集しています。
人柄重視:誠意を持って利用者様に接することができる方を求めています。
勤務時間・曜日:
夜勤専従:20:00~翌9:00(休憩90分)
残業なし
シフト制:日中勤務・夜間勤務などを含め、週1回から相談可能です。ライフスタイルに合わせて柔軟に調整いたします。
休暇・休日:

夜勤専従(介護福祉士):日給 23,000円〜25,000円
夜勤専従(無資格の方):日給 18,000円〜19,000円(当初は有資格者との同行からスタート)
昇給:年1回(業績や勤務成績による)
賞与:年3回(前年度実績あり。業績に応じて支給)
賞与例(1回あたり):日勤フルタイム 297,700円 / 夜勤パート 160,000円
