【生活を支える手厚い福利厚生(週30時間以上勤務従事者)】
出産のとき: 出産見舞金が受けられ、元気に子育てが進められます。
医療費支給: グループ内の医療機関を受診した際に支給されます(共済会制度で給付を認めた院所に限ります)。
産前産後休暇・病気や怪我で休んだとき: 傷病見舞金が受けられ、安心して療養できます。社会保険とあわせ、平均給与の約96.6%が保障されます。
病気や怪我で入院したとき: 入院時の医療費(健保本人一部負担金)が「入院見舞金」として90%支給されます。
退職されるとき: 退職者慰労会の会員が所定の条件を満たして退職する場合、「退職一時金」または「退職者慰労金」が受給できます。
ご不幸にあわれたとき: 指定職員本人、またはご家族に不幸があった場合、状況により2万円~最大250万円の給付があります。
【各種助成制度】
文化・スポーツ鑑賞助成チケット: 映画・演劇・コンサート、美術館・動物園・遊園地などの利用、各種スポーツ観戦・参加が対象。1回につき1,000円の補助が年6回受けられます。
共済会主催ツアー: 日帰り旅行(静岡方面でお寿司食べ放題と苺狩り、山梨方面でぶどう狩りなど)、屋形船周遊(千住⇔お台場)など。参加費は1,000円と手頃です。
