職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities 当社のOPE C&A(Compliance & Administration)チームに所属し、

就業規則・各種規程の改訂並びに勤怠・休暇の管理業務をご担当いただきます。

■担当業務

・規程管理 :就業規則・各種規程の改訂、労使協定締結、ポータルサイト管理

・労働時間管理:勤怠実績、PC Log等の集計・報告、長時間労働抑制の仕組みづくり、勤怠システム運用

・休暇管理 :年次有給休暇、各種特別休暇の付与、残日数管理、出勤率計算

・その他 :上記に関する社員からの問い合わせ対応

人事として、なくてはならない仕事であり、縁の下の力持ち的なポジションです

オペレーション業務を習得しつつ、PDCAを継続的に実施しながら改善提案・実行を担っていただきます。

社内の関連部門と密なコミュニケーションを取りながら、働きやすい環境づくりに取り組んでいただきます。

人事労務スキルを生かして長期的にキャリア形成をお考えの方を募集いたします。

在宅勤務中心のハイブリッドワークです。出社は週1回ほど。

コア無しフレックスタイム制度(7時~22時)を導入しており、柔軟な働き方が実現できます。

管理部門の退職率は1ケタ台と、定着率も高い職場です。 登録資格 Qualification ■必須:以下の経験をお持ちの方

・500名以上の規模での人事労務の経験(規程・勤怠・給与・社保・労務トラブルなど)2年以上

・労働法令に対する基礎的な理解があること、学習意欲をお持ちであること

・Excel中級(vlookup、ピボット)

・一般的な読み書きができるレベルの英語力(調べながらできれば可)

■歓迎する経験・知識

・マルチタスクが得意な方

・PPT資料作成経験

・大量データ処理(抽出や集計)とレポート作成経験
