大手通信会社の光回線サービスに

お申込みいただいたお客様へお電話し、

工事に関するご案内を行っていただきます。

入社後1~2か月間、

業務の流れ・話し方・システム操作まで

段階的に丁寧にお教えします。

研修は「座学 実践 フォロー」

を繰り返す構成で、

無理なくスキルを身につけられます。

研修のポイント

・少人数制研修で質問しやすい環境

  • 座学:講師1名/最大6名
  • 受電研修:最大3名

・入社後3日以内に受電開始。実践しながら習得可能

・毎日のフォロー面談で不安を解消

・進捗はチーム全体で共有し、手厚くサポートします

求めている人材


必須条件

※コールセンターでの実務経験が2年以上

(短期離職を繰り返していない方)

※基本的な電話応対マナーを身につけている方

※PCの基本操作ができる方

(Excel入力・タイピング必須)

(通話しながらの入力あり)

  • 歓迎する経験・スキル

・回線関連のコールセンター経験

・CATV、ISP関連業務の経験

・インターネット利用の流れや機器に関する基礎知識

勤務時間詳細


総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり96時間 〜 179時間

  • 勤務時間:

①09:45~18:45

②11:15~20:15

※実働8時間・休憩1時間

※残業ほぼ無し(1日30分程度)

  • 週3日~勤務OK
  • レギュラー勤務も大歓迎
  • Wワーク・掛け持ちOK

基本給:月給 24万5000円 〜
