仕事内容:
将来的に社内に⼊っていただき、
⼈材コーディネーター業務をお任せします
⼊社後はまず店舗スタッフとして業務を担当していただきます。
接客や販売の基礎を⾝につけながら、業界の仕組みや商材に対する理解を深め、
段階的に業務の幅を広げていける環境です。
⼈材業界未経験の⽅でも安⼼して始められるよう、
接客‧ご案内業務からスタートします。
本社勤務前に店舗勤務で経験を積んでいただきます
※最短3ヶ⽉で本社勤務の実績あり。
