Amazon is now looking to hire an experienced, passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and (most importantly) customer-obsessed Field Operations Program Manager.
We are seeking a Program Manager in Japan to help establish Amazon Logistics last mile delivery as the preferred provider in this specific space in order to build our network of Delivery Partners to drive the Safety environment, product utilization and service optimization within the Amazon Logistics world.
Internally, this leader will work directly with the last-mile Delivery Stations and with functions that cut across the organization, including Safety team, technology, transportation, operations and customer service, to drive a great customer experience for our program.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, passionate, highly analytical and detail-oriented, possess superior interpersonal and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently to drive growth and change in a fast-paced environment.
An extreme bias for action is an absolute must, and candidates must demonstrate a superior track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities include:
Act as the primary liaison between Amazon Delivery Stations and the Trans new business Leadership team
Continuously look for improvements to standardize and drive at scale in all Amazon Delivery Stations
Lead and coordinate large, complicated projects with multiple stakeholders including Product, Technology, Marketing, Shipping & Delivery Services, Legal, PR and Operations
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven, background in a program management or operational role within a highly operational and technology focused environment
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System program experience
- 3+ years of maintenance planner/scheduler in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or distribution industries experience
- 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in a highly analytical, resultsoriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience using Microsoft Projects software
- Experience working in an analytical environment with crossfunctional teams
