Job Overview
Leads the identification, design, and implementation of quality assurance programs and initiatives to improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Gaining commitment from the key stakeholders by engaging them in all phases of quality management initiatives; analyzing stakeholders' feedback to identify further improvement opportunities.
- Identifying potential areas of quality discrepancies that can be improved through various methods including lean methodologies, analyzing cost structures and workflows, and value stream mapping.
- Planning and managing quality management projects and initiatives by defining project objectives and aligning them with business goals.
- Researching and communicating best practices for quality assurance across the industry, promoting a quality compliant mindset within the team.

- 顧客からの不具合情報を受領し、責任部門(国内工場、海外工場)へ情報展開をして原因調査と対策を主導します。
- 顧客不具合に対し責任部門から原因と対策内容を受領し、顧客への報告書の作成と報告を主導します。 海外工場に出張し、現地エンジニアとの意見交換、品質問題に対し改善のアドバイスを行い、海外工場、国内関連部門と一緒に定期的な品質改善活動を推進する。(80%日本、20%海外)
- リーダーシップを発揮し、国内・海外工場に継続的な改善プロジェクトを主導し推進できる。
- 自本部のQMS規定の向上、更新、維持管理を実施。
What your background should look like
【必須条件】
・ 自動車関連の技術部門または品質部門のマネージャーとして3年以上の実務経験。
・ 自動車Tier1, OEM顧客に対応・実務経験。特に顧客とのコミュニケーションを向上します。
・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的に内部・外部と仕事を進められる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)
・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 社内外との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方
【歓迎条件】
・ 新製品に対する品質保証計画の立案と立ち上げの実務経験がある方(APQP / IATF16949等)
・ QC検資格を持っている方 (QC検定3以上)
