CBREキャピタルマーケットでは、不動産投資に精通した専門家集団が、各国に根ざした専門知識とグローバルネットワークを駆使し、国内における総合アドバイザリーサービスのプラットフォームを通じて、投資用不動産の売買仲介、デット、ストラクチャードファイナンス及び投資銀行方式のファイナンスソリューション、ホテルセクターにおける総合サービスをお客様にお届けし、競争優位性の構築と不動産ポートフォリオ全体にわたる優れた利益創出のお手伝いをします。
CBREインベストメントバンキング(IB)は不動産に特化した投資銀行業務を展開しています。
事業会社から機関投資家まで、国内外の幅広いお客様に対して多様なサービスを提供しており、CBREグローバルネットワークを活用し、国内外の不動産を裏付けとするエクイティ、デットへの投融資機会並びに、それに伴うクロスボーダーのアドバイザリーサービス等を提供しています。
IBチームは10名のメンバーにより構成されており、ご自身のご経験を活かし少数精鋭組織の中でご活躍いただけます。
業務内容
現状、チームの売上割合は海外・国内機関投資家等との案件が中心となっていますが、新たな戦略として、「企業不動産のアドバイザリー業務」を軸に事業会社とのリレーションを強固にしたいと考えています。単純な不動産売却ではなく、事業戦略を財務面からサポートし、顧客の利益に貢献することを目的としています。
CBRE社内には当該部門以外に賃貸部門やコンサルティング含め広く事業会社のネットワークを有しております。入社直後は部門内外の主要メンバーから支援を受けながら、事業会社への営業活動を通じて様々な切り口で戦略的なアドバイザリー業務を遂行します。また、PEファンド等による事業会社非上場化に伴う不動産流動化の切り口での営業活動も含まれます。
・一般事業会社等に対する財務・経営戦略に基づいた不動産戦略の立案
・中堅中小企業の事業承継対策に伴う不動産政略の立案
・PEファンド等による企業非上場化に伴う不動産流動化アドバイザリー業務
・売買仲介部門含めた社内で関連する部門との連携
・プロジェクトマネジメント
応募要件
下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方
・投資銀行や監査法人のFAS部門で事業会社へのアドバイザリー業務の経験を有する方
・J-REITやファンドを対象に不動産実務経験を持つ方
・M&Aアドバイザリー実務経験をお持ちの方
・不動産ファイナンス実務経験をお持ちの方
・海外の関係者とコミュニケーション可能な英語力をお持ちの方
