【具体的な仕事内容】
まずはサポートからスタート。
徐々にメイン担当をお任せします。
進行管理・調整業務
・クライアント、社内・外部クリエイターとの連絡調整
・撮影・編集スケジュールの作成と進捗管理
・タスクの期限管理、リマインド資料作成・企画サポート
・打ち合わせ用の提案資料作成
・見積書の作成、契約書の手配
・(慣れてきたら)PR動画やYouTube動画の企画構成案の作成ディレクション業務
・クライアントへのヒアリング、定例ミーティングの進行
・撮影現場での進行サポート、香盤表作成
・完成動画のチェック(誤字脱字やBGMの確認など)
【キャリアプラン】
STEP 1:アシスタント(入社〜3ヶ月)
代表(兼メインディレクター)の補佐として、資料作成や撮影準備、スケジュール作成などからスタート。業界の用語や流れを覚えていただきます。
STEP 2:ディレクターデビュー(3ヶ月〜半年)
慣れてきた段階で、YouTube動画などサイクルの早い案件から担当を持ち、クライアント対応を含むプロジェクト全体の進行をお任せします。
STEP 3:メインディレクター・マネージャー(半年〜)
大型案件の責任者や、クリエイターの採用、チーム全体のマネジメントなど、あなたのスキルに合わせてキャリアを広げていきます。
※スキル次第で初めからメイン担当として案件をお任せすることもあります。
※今後のキャリアは相談しながら一緒に決めていきましょう
【1日のスケジュール例】
・09:20 出社・タスク確認
メールやチャットをチェックし、1日の優先順位を整理します。
・10:00 クライアントMTG(オンライン)
進行中プロジェクトの進捗報告や、次回撮影のすり合わせ。
・13:00 クリエイティブチェック
クリエイターから上がってきた動画を確認。「テロップの誤字はないか」「要望通りか」をチェックします。
・15:00 社内打ち合わせ
「次の提案どうする?」と代表やメンバーとブレスト。アイデアを出し合います。
・17:00 クライアント連絡・調整
進捗状況の共有や、修正箇所の確認など、電話やチャットですり合わせ。
・18:00 社内夕礼・日報
チームで進捗や課題を共有して終了。
・19:00 退勤

【向いてない人】
・「指示待ち」スタンスの方
手取り足取り全ての指示がないと動けない方は、変化の激しい当社の環境では苦労するかもしれません。
・クリエイティブへの興味・関心がない方
技術的なスキルは不要ですが、「良いものを作りたい」「動画が好き」という熱量がないと、クリエイターとの会話が噛み合わず、知識も身につきません。
・「自分の仕事はここまで」と線を引いてしまう方
ディレクターはプロジェクトの中心です。チーム全体のことを考えず、自分の作業範囲しか見られない方は、円滑な進行管理が難しくなります。
・マルチタスクが極端に苦手な方
複数のプロジェクトが同時に進行し、チャットやメールで多くの情報が飛び交います。情報を整理し、優先順位をつけるのが苦手な方は、パンクしてしまう可能性があります。
