Business Overview

Rakuten Mobile began offering full-scale services in April 2020 as the fourth MNO (Mobile Network Operator) approved in Japan in 13 years, aiming to provide high-quality mobile communication services at reasonable prices. By June 2024, it had surpassed 7 million lines as an MNO and is rapidly growing.For corporate clients, full-scale service provision began in January 2023. As a core business driving the future growth of the Rakuten Group, significant investments are being made, attracting considerable attention both domestically and internationally.

Department Overview

This organization is a department that provides mobile services to corporate customers. Within this department, you will be responsible for constructing and operating new service operation flows. As a core member of the business, you will participate in the further expansion of the business towards achieving the No.1 carrier position.

Position Details

We will sequentially roll out new carrier services to meet the market needs of corporate business activities. To realize new services, you will participate from the planning stage, construct operation flows, and handle contract conclusion tasks. Additionally, after the service launch, you will handle order reception and placement tasks, as well as provide implementation support and assistance.

Specific Job Responsibilities
- Constructing operation flows for new services, deploying them to related departments, and handling requests
- Handling contract conclusion tasks with business partners
- Preparing various documents necessary for service provision
- Handling order reception and placement tasks for services
- Providing implementation support and assistance

Mandatory Qualifications:

Experience in planning and operating corporate services for telecommunications carriers at a carrier or IT vendor (1year or more)
- Experience in order processing for corporate SaaS services (1year or more)
- Experience in promoting business through coordination with related departments, both internally and externally (1year or more)

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in constructing operation flows for new services or improving processes for existing services
- Experience in creating, concluding, and managing contract documents
- Experience using English in a business context
- Understanding of the telecommunications industry
