The position
As a Senior MCE Capability Lead, you will be a champion for and orchestrate an exceptional multichannel customer experience capability for Novo Nordisk Japan to win the market. You will lead to improve MCE playbook based on MCE insight partner feedback and align with business leaders and Headquarters to meet the directions. You will also be responsible for establishing framework and execute events to embed MCE way of working especially for Marketing and Sales. You will be in charge of NNPro business owner for enhancement and providing MCE insights and updating analytical environment along with the internal IT team to make sure business investment and return are accurately captured.
