■IT人財でのソリューション提案(1名~数十名のチーム単位で提案)

■IT人財との連携(在籍エンジニア/コンサルタントとの連携)

ゆくゆくは、経営幹部候補として、事業戦略立案・事業拡大もお任せしていく想定です。

【入社後の研修体制】

1.入社オリエンテーション(入社日/1日座学)

2.OJT研修(入社2日目~)

※個人の成長に合わせて柔軟に調整しています

3.上長との月次1on1

※月1で本部長が商談に同席するほか、コンサルタントと協力する場面も多くあります。

その他にも、商談前の事前MTG実施など、随時 社内でのナレッジ共有を行っています。

【給与】

【年収例】8,000,000 円~14,000,000円(25歳~35歳例)

【月収例】571,429円~

※経験・スキルを考慮のうえ、決定します。

※昨年度入社者実績:前年度年収からのUP100%

■固定残業代:134,000円~(固定残業時間40時間0分/月)
