【職務概要】
マネーフォワードコンサルティングの事業成長を、事業戦略の策定・実行支援およびオペレーションの最適化という両面からドライブしていただく、「戦略・実行の要」となる役割を担っていただきます。
※選考を通じて適性とご希望を踏まえ、入社後はご活躍いただけそうな業務をお任せし、将来的には業務の幅を広げていただきたいと考えております。
【職務詳細】
■事業計画・予実管理の設計と実行
・事業計画の策定や予実管理体制の構築
・事業部のミッション達成に向けたKPIの設計と、達成戦略・戦術の策定
・事業推進のための組織設計や人材計画
・実績進捗の可視化と経営レポートの作成
・事業全体像を描き、経営層と密に連携して戦略的なアジェンダを推進
・戦略実行のための会議体の企画・運用
■データ分析による意思決定サポート
・意思決定に資するデータ基盤の整備
・事業推進を目的とした、各種データの収集・分析
■現場課題の特定と改善提案のリード
・各部門と連携し、特定された課題に対する具体的な解決策の立案と実行支援
・AI活用による効率的な業務フローの確立

・事業企画、経営企画、BizOpsのご経験2年以上
・IT関連業界でのご経験
【尚可】
・PMI/M&Aのご経験
・BIツールの利用、活用のご経験
・KPIの設計、運用のご経験
・Salesforce/The Modelの業務理解

【給与】
年収:700万~1100万程度
月給制:月額584000円
給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇
賞与:ハイパフォーマンス賞与
昇給:年2回(7月・1月)
