【業務内容】
・シニア特化型人材紹介サービスのリクルートコンサルタントとして、転職希望者の要望と市場をすり合わせ、魅力的なキャリアビジョンを設定し転職成功を支援
・新規事業の企画・運営を社長直下で推進し、マーケティング戦略やデザイン企画、セールス活動に携わる
・新規プロジェクトの市場調査、戦略策定、PDCAを実施し事業成長を図る
【特徴】
・シニア特化の人材紹介と転職マッチングサービスを展開
・勤務は9時〜20時のシフト制、残業は月30〜40時間程度
・将来的にマネージャーとして新規事業やビジネスグロースに携わるチャンスあり

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00〜20:00のうち実働8時間のシフト制、完全週休2日制(日曜固定+シフトによる他曜日)、年末年始休暇、時季制定有給休暇(GW・夏季)、有給休暇(6ヶ月勤務で10日、最大20日)、年間休日121日

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥450,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥112,900(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
業績手当160万円〜(会社の業績および勤務成績・業務貢献度により増減あり)、昇給年2回、各種社会保険完備、パソコン(Mac)貸与、携帯電話貸与、私服勤務OK(内勤時)、交通費支給上限2万円/月、家賃補助2万円/月(正社員、半径1.5km以内に居住の方)、禁煙
