【業務内容】

・シニア特化型人材紹介サービス「シニアジョブエージェント」のリーダー候補として活躍

・リクルートコンサルタントとしてシニアの転職支援を担当し、転職希望者と市場をすり合わせてキャリアビジョンを設定

・新規事業企画運営では社長直下でマーケティング戦略立案やデザイン企画、セールス活動に携わる

・ビジネスグロース・マーケティング業務では市場調査から戦略制定、PDCAを回し事業成長を推進

・転職サイト事業も展開し、50歳以上の求職者と企業をつなぐプラットフォームを運営

・勤務は9時〜20時のシフト制で実働8時間

・社長直下のポジションで事業スピードを感じながら成長可能

求める人材:

※未経験歓迎

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00〜20:00のうち実働8時間のシフト制、完全週休2日制(日曜日固定+シフトによる他曜日)、年末年始休暇、時季制定有給休暇(GW・夏季)、有給休暇(6ヶ月勤務で10日の有給休暇、勤続年数に応じて最大20日支給)

※原則屋内禁煙

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥400,000以上は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥100,400(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

業績手当 1,200,000円〜(会社の業績および勤務成績・業務貢献度により増減あり)、昇給年2回、各種社会保険完備、パソコン(Mac)、携帯電話貸与、私服勤務OK(内勤時)、交通費支給:上限20,000円/月、家賃補助:20,000円/月(対象:正社員、半径1.5km以内に居住の方)、禁煙
