HondaのSDV実現に不可欠な先端半導体(AI-SoC)を中心に、性能・コスト・供給安定性・品質の観点から競争力を最大化する調達戦略の企画・実行を担っていただきます。これまでとは異なり、OEM主導による新たな半導体調達体及びSoCエコシステムの構築をリードするポジションです。
【具体的には】
Honda主導による先端半導体調達戦略の企画・実行
┗SoC、メモリ、ストレージ、マイコンなどを対象に、先端半導体の安定調達・コスト最適化・性能確保に向けた戦略を立案・実行
半導体メーカーとの直接交渉・情報収集
┗半導体メーカーとのダイレクトコミュニケーションによるスペック確認、価格交渉、供給体制構築
関連部門やTier1との連携による購買施策の実行
┗開発部門、SDV購買部門、Tier1サプライヤと連携し、Honda全体での最適な半導体調達を実現
半導体サプライチェーン全体を見据えた構想・構築
┗商社等を含めた新たな商物流スキームの企画・推進
┗不足する社内ケイパビリティの補完(人材獲得・ノウハウ整備)
※将来的には、海外駐在の可能性もございます。

【求める資格・経験・スキル】
※以下、いずれかの業務経験
SoC、メモリ(DRAM/NAND)、SSD等の取り扱い経験
※半導体、実装SW、ライセンス等の設計、購買、製造含む
半導体の購買経験(特に自動車業界における)
【歓迎する経験・スキル】
半導体商社やサプライヤーでの実務経験
半導体に関する新規商物流・調達スキーム構築経験

590万~1,090万円(時間外勤務手当30時間/月含む)
