【業務内容】
・新製品に関わる技術開発(製品開発・工法開発・要素技術開発・加工・検査・評価・試作)
・カプセル製造における各種工程のパラメータを管理・コントロール
・カプセル製品品質の把握・フィードフォワード/フィードバックしながら、品質改善を継続する
・製造工程全体における良品率アップや生産性向上施策の提案と実施
・技術導入プロジェクトをリードし、目標達成に貢献する
・統計的手法の導入および維持改善
・改善活動プロジェクトにおける社内及び、海外工場との連携
・カプセル原料準備工程に関わる設備・計測器の管理
・カプセル原料準備工程に関わるエンジニア、作業者等への指導、教育の計画立案と実施
・プロジェクト予算管理、オペレーション経費管理
【必須経験/スキル】
・エンジニアとしての実務経験3年以上
