JR55367 Senior Manager, Program Management Office LPDRAM

As a Program Manager, PMO LPDRAM at Micron, your role involves overseeing the development of LPDRAM products from initial planning to qualification and product launch, following Micron's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) procedure. You will be accountable for meeting the program goals outlined in the project release document (timeline, quality, expenses, production readiness, and budget), and managing the Product Development Team (PDT).

Responsibilities:

  • Define product requirements, align with Business Unit, Engineering, and Operations teams, and establish a Scope of Record (SOR) before SG2. Develop and share a schedule based on ProChain methodology. Monitor the schedule throughout the project.
  • Drive and monitor necessary actions and follow-ups, particularly when the project execution deviates from the schedule.
  • Collaborate with NPI representatives from various departments to create a sample delivery plan for ES/QS.
  • Establish and lead the PDT. Conduct regular meetings (weekly or more frequently) to oversee project progress and ensure project completion.
  • Identify and promptly make decisions. Expedite decisions that fall outside the PDT's scope in a timely manner.
  • Continuously manage risks and change requests proactively.
  • Manage product qualification, launch, and handover to sustaining PDTs based on the handoff process.
  • Provide weekly status updates on the program to the leadership. Coordinate and lead presentations during work and program reviews.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in program management and ability to lead complex development projects.
  • Self-driven, vocal, and capable of achieving goals using a structured approach.
  • Proficient in data analysis, open and effective communication.
  • Strong presence in meetings and exceptional presentation skills.
  • Solid engineering background in the semiconductor industry, preferably with a good grasp of memory product development, with at least 5 years of experience in semiconductor or system development.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
