Amazon Japanの物流輸送企画部では、その輸送ネットワーク上の重要拠点であるソートセンターを拠点として、新しいプロセスの創出、既存プロセスの改善、それらを安全の犠牲なく実現し、継続的な品質・生産性の向上を担うプロセスエンジニアを求めています。
Key job responsibilities
ソートセンタープロセスエンジニアは、Amazon社内外、かつ国内外のステークホルダー(事業計画部門、輸送ネットワーク計画・運用部門、システム開発部門、財務部門などに加え、3PL会社、運送会社など社外の様々な取引先企業)と協調しながら、ソートセンターのビジネスプロセスの設計・標準化・継続的改善を担います。
一例として、お客様への商品を最短でお届けするために無駄の徹底的な排除を目的として、ソートセンターのパフォーマンスを定量的に把握し、海外Teamとの連携を通じて、ベストプラクティスの導入と標準化を行います。
また、ソートセンターを活用したお客様への新しい価値をご提供するため、新規ビジネスプロセスの設計を他部門と連携して行います。
お客様への高品質なサービス提供を継続するには、商品を早く、確実にお届けできるトラックを主体とした輸送ネットワークの改善が不可欠です。
より良いサービス提供のため、絶え間なく変化し続けます。
ソートセンターは、それらの変更に柔軟に対応し、お客様のご注文商品をお約束した到着日に配送できるよう貢献いたします。
お客様の更なるご満足実現のため、これまで統計解析など定量的な分析を基にプロセス改善を行ったご経験は、大いに貢献する事が出来ます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- 日本語での業務経験(ビジネスレベルの文書作成と会議運営)
- 3年以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 以下いずれかの経験を有する a) 物流に関するプロジェクトマネジメントや業務改善経験 b) 製造業等での生産管理や業務改善経験
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学での学士号 ・理工系または経営管理の学位- 3人以上のチームマネジメント経験(勤怠、評価、育成を含む)
