Global Enteprise Partners is currently looking for a great consultant to join our internal team as an Associate Recruitment Consultant.

This person must be based in Tokyo, Japan.

Global Enterprise Partners, one of specialist brands in SThree opened an office in Tokyo to serve the Asian market.

GEP has had ten years of successful growth and have established strong partnerships with some of the world's largest companies who will now be able to engage with us on their ERP projects in the East.

The role:
Associate Recruitment Consultant

You will have responsibility to develop new and existing Asian GEP accounts using the tools and methodologies that GEP has developed of the years.

You will be the primary point of contact for Asian Managers within these accounts and will collaborate with the Amsterdam team to leverage their knowledge and expertise.

You will be a new starter in the team and so have the possibility after a positive performance to move into a senior recruitment consultant as you will have responsibility to train and develop new starters with the support of your Business Manager.


What we are looking for:
Entry level candidates from fresh grads in 2023 to a couple of years of sales or hospitality experience
Fluent in English
Native Japanese speaker preferred
International experience working abroad or studying in a foreign location nice to have
An ability to demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm to succeed
Ambition to follow the Management Velocity route
