仕事内容


病院での経理・総務・労務・庶務のお仕事全般をお願い致します。

  • 具体的には

・年次決算等の補助

・給与計算

・日計表の入力

・職員の休日管理

・入退社時の社会保険等の処理、対応

・銀行へ出向いての支払い、預金業務

・約110名の職員の管理全般

・各種印刷物の管理、印刷業務

・職員の産休育休取得の手続き

など

その他雑務、庶務など幅広い業務があります。

※メインで経理をされている方がおられるので、決算など基本的には補助業務で大丈夫です。

※使用ソフト:勘定奉行・給与奉行(使用経験はなくてもOK)

※制服貸与あり(ブラウスとサンダルはご自身でご用意頂きます)

部署は4名体制で70代の大ベテランの男性部長さんと

プレコからの紹介者で50代の次長、

そして同じくプレコからの紹介者で40代の女性がおられます。
