職務内容
Fab15 Strategic Program Management Office (SPMO) チームの一員として、AIに関するプログラム及びプロジェクト管理を担当する。
SPMOマネージャーやディレクターを通じてサイトリーダーシップチームをサポートし、担当するカテゴリにおいて、ベストインクラス(BIC)になるためのロードマップを作成する。サイトのステークホルダー(利害関係者)や各部門と協力し、プロジェクトの優先順位付けを行うとともに、プロジェクトの開始、計画、実行、または終結を促進する。また、ステークホルダーの支援を行う。
担当責任と業務
ビジネスプランとベストインクラス目標を達成するために、戦略的ロードマップを作成し、維持、トラッキングする。
定期的にプログラム・プロジェクトパフォーマンスのアップデートを実施する。
プログラム・プロジェクトが、計画されたスケジュール、コスト、スコープで確実に実行されるよう管理する。
適切なツールを使用してプログラム・プロジェクトのタイムラインを設定しマイルストーンを記録する。
主要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取り、フィードバックを求め、良好な関係を維持する。
スコープ、計画、ビジネスルール、方針、手順を含むプログラムの変更を管理、コントロールする。
プロジェクトチームと協力し、プロジェクトリスクを特定し、解決策を評価する。
要件
学歴 (必須)
学士号、もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング分野での経験がある方。
職務経験 (必須)
以下いずれかの環境において、2年間以上の職務経験がある方:
Fabオペレーション、エンジニアリング全般
プログラムおよびプロジェクトマネジメント
要求される能力(全て満たしている必要は無い)
製造、エンジニアリングプロセス・システムにおける経験及び理解がある。
自発的で、最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行うことができる。
高い分析力を持ち、複雑な情報をシンプルにまとめ説明することができる。
文章、口頭においての高いコミュニケーションスキルがある(英語スキル含む)。
優れたチームワークスキルおよび高いマルチタスクスキルがある。
優れたプロジェクト・タイムマネジメントスキルおよび優先付けのスキルがある。
強い影響力を持ち、部門横断的な問題を解決した経験がある。
