オーチスで働きませんか?オーチスには、コラボレーション・イノベーション・エンパワーメントを重視し、「人」と「会社」の成長に向けて取り組む環境があります。 日本オーチス・エレベータ(株)では現在、都市を支えるインフラとして欠かせないエレベーター、エスカレーターの据付工事職を募集しています。新設工事や改修工事の実機据付業務に携わって頂きます。限られた工期の中で、円滑に業務を遂行頂く為、営業・発注元・協力会社など多くの方と関わり、コミュニケーションを図りながら仕事を進めることが重要となります。エレベーターやエスカレーターを安全に設置し、乗客と技術関係者の安全を確保することを最優先していただきます。

主な対応例

• 新しいエレベーターを高い品質と効率性を以って設置する
• すべての環境衛生安全ガイドラインに従い、安全な方法で業務を行うこと。
• 必要に応じ、出張あり
• 現場においてお客様と直接コミュニケーションを取り、良好な協力関係を構築する。
• 高い品質と安全基準を確保するため、設置前と設置後に検査を実施する。

選考基準

• 電気や機械に関する知識を持ち、その原理を据付に応用できることが重要となります。
• 昇降機等の据付の経験のある方は優遇します
• エレベーターの据付工事職としてのキャリアを追求することに関心がある方
• 普通自動車免許必須
• 電気と機械に自信のある方
• 図面の読み方や計算に自信のある方
• 技術的な製品や新技術の習得に熱心な方

安定した業界の世界的なマーケットリーダーである当社にて就業頂きます。

時間:08時45分〜17時30分時間外労働:あり(月平均25時間)

36協定における特別条項あり(納期工期の逼迫や突発的な事由が発生した場合、年6回を限度に月75時間、年540時間まで延長できる)

賃金:206,000 円〜400,000 円(月額)

昇給あり:昇給率 1月あたり4.3%(本年度実績)

賞与あり:賞与月数 計6.29ヶ月分(前年度実績)

・将来的には転勤の可能性あり。

・賃金は経験、スキル、前職の年収を考慮します。

・有給休暇は入社時に付与します:前職の付与日数を考慮します

・2024年度全社平均有給取得日数:14日間
