WEBデザインの経験を活かしてくださるパートスタッフを募集しています。

社労士法人が提供するサービス・採用活動に関わる

WEBデザイン業務全般をお任せします。

主な業務内容

  • 採用サイト・LPのデザイン制作、改善
  • SNS投稿用バナー・サムネイル作成
  • 採用・サービス紹介用の画像制作
  • 既存デザインの修正、ブラッシュアップ
  • 社内資料・WEBコンテンツのデザイン

※ディレクション・企画は社内で行います

※業務量・難易度はご相談しながら調整します

  • WEBデザインの実務経験
  • Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma等の使用経験
  • 基本的なPC操作

勤務時間・曜日:

・コアタイムの無いフレックスタイム制(フレキシブルタイム:5時~22時)

・8時~18時の間で、1日3~4時間の稼働を想定しています。

※大半のスタッフが8時~9時の間に勤務開始し、15時~18時の間に退勤します。

※土日祝に稼働することはほとんどありませんが、ご自身の都合で土曜日は稼働してもOKです。

※22時~翌5時までは勤務禁止です。

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(土日祝勤務不要)

・年間休日120日以上

※残業はほとんど(月平均2時間未満)ありません。

※敷地内完全禁煙・原則屋内禁煙

※自動車通勤、電車通勤可能

小さい頃から、社長になるのが夢でした。30歳を目前にして、自分が社会の役に立てることは何だろうと考え会社を創りました。

私の母は、兄が生まれるときに子育てを理由に当時は珍しかった管理職として勤めていた会社を退職し、子育てと両立できる自宅で内職をしていました。自宅に戻るといつも母がいて、私たち兄弟を迎えてくれることが当たり前でしたが、今思えば母は子どもを優先してキャリアチェンジをしてくれたのだと思います。ただ、私が大人になり30歳を目前にしても、子育てと仕事の両立が難しい状況は変わらず、社会には働きたいけど働けない人が多くいることを目の当たりにしていました。

自分が社長になれば、この社会を少しでも変えることができるのではないかと思い、会社を創りました。

妊娠中に会社を辞めて独立することに背中を押してくれた妻にも感謝しかありません。

最初の5年間はがむしゃらに働いてきたので、ある程度は他社との差別化は出来たのではないかと思っています。今は尊敬できる仲間と一緒に、お客様の未来をつくる仕事に集中できる環境ができています。

今では働きやすい環境だけではなく、働く仲間のキャリアについても課題感を持って真剣に取り組んでいます。あかつきに在籍している間は、ただ単に仕事をするのではなく、もし家族の事情で転職することになっても、次の会社でキャリアアップできるように資格の取得を推奨したり労働法などの教育機会の充実、経営を学ぶ機会の確保などを重視しています。

社内はペーパーレス化に取り組み、多くの業務をクラウドシステムを活用して行っています。ここまで多くのシステムを活用する士業事務所って無いんじゃないかと思います。
