[Job Responsibilities]

Be broadly responsible for ensuring that our internal end-users can perform their duties comfortably, from the implementation of new IT workplace systems to the operation of existing systems, daily support, and IT consulting.

In the end-device domain, including PCs, user accounts, mobile devices, and printers, you will act as the Japan contact point, collaborating closely with central teams overseas and domestic members and contribute to IT service SLA/KPI monitoring, analysis, quality improvement activities, and problem identification and resolution.

Drive various projects within the IT workplace area, contributing to the overall improvement of the organization's IT environment.
Actively engage in initiatives for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement through the effective use of IT.
Enhancing IT literacy among internal users through IT training and onboarding for new employees.

We are seeking individuals who can provide comprehensive support and specialized consulting to internal end-users in the IT workplace domain (end-devices such as PCs, user accounts, mobile, and printers).

We are looking for global talent who can act as the Japan contact point, collaborating with central teams overseas and domestic members to actively promote the implementation, operation, and improvement of IT services and processes.

資格

[必須の経験・スキル]

・3年以上のITサポートまたはトラブルシューティングの実務経験をお持ちの方。

・ITILプロセス(インシデント管理、問題管理、変更管理、ナレッジ管理など)の運用経験をお持ちの方。

・Windows OS、IOS/MacOS、Microsoft製品に関する深い知識とサポート経験をお持ちの方。

・母国語レベルの日本語能力をお持ちの方。

[歓迎する経験・スキル]

・ITプロジェクトマネジメントの実務経験をお持ちの方。

・ワークプレイス以外の分野(サーバーやネットワークなど)に関する知識と経験をお持ちの方。

[求められる英語力]

・TOEIC 700点に相当する英語力をお持ちの方。グローバルチームとの連携に必要なレベルです。

[英語の使用頻度]

・海外チームとのコミュニケーションが多いため、ほぼ毎日英語を使用する機会があります。

[Required Experience and Skills]

Over 3 years of practical experience in IT support or troubleshooting.
Experience in operating ITIL processes (incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, etc.).
Deep knowledge and support experience with Windows OS, iOS/macOS, and Microsoft products.
Native-level Japanese proficiency.

[Preferred Experience and Skills]

Practical experience in IT project management.
Knowledge and experience in areas other than workplace IT (e.g., servers, networks).

[Required English Proficiency]

English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 700. This level is necessary for collaboration with global teams.

[Frequency of English Use]

English is used almost daily due to frequent communication with overseas teams.

[Desired Candidate Profile]

Ambitious person who can smoothly communicate with overseas IT organizations and domestic user departments utilizing IT systems, expressing their opinions and proposals without hesitation.

Person who can build good relationships with end-users and establish strong trust.
