仕事内容:
様々な材質のものを切ったり削ったりして目的の形に成形する
加工方法を「切削加工」といいます。
その「切削加工」に用いられる「切削工具」や「加工用治具」の設計をお任せいたします。
【設計業務について】
お客様のニーズに合わせた「切削工具」や「加工用治具」の設計をします。
研修を通じて基礎から専門的な知識をしっかりと身につけていただき、
将来的には幅広い業種のお客様のご要望に対応できるように成長していただきます。
【充実した研修】
入社後3か月間名古屋本社で、切削工具の基礎知識(~3週間)や
原価計算(~1か月)、工具設計(~3週間)の座学研修を実施します。
その後、先輩社員の教育担当がつき、実務を通じて現場で研修を行います。
