今回、ERMでは、ESGやM&Aに関するプロジェクト、調査をリードできるコンサルタントを募集しています。勤務地は横浜/東京オフィスです。
主な仕事内容
商社等の民間企業に対し、ESGリスク評価(サプライチェーン上のリスクを含む)、国際的な法規制や認証等の動向調査、サステナビリティ関連対策(気候変動、自然資本、サーキュラーエコノミー等)の計画・実施等をリードする。
国内外の複数拠点を対象としたESG DD案件をリードする。クライアントや弁護士、財務アドバイザーと協力し、ESGに関する課題(EHSコンプライアンス、修復、負債コスト見積もり、PMIなど)を解決する。
ERMのグローバルチームと連携したクロスボーダー案件にて、プロジェクトにおける予算・スケジュールを管理、クライアントとのコミュニケーションを行う。
クライアントのESG分野でのイノベーションを推進し、クライアントのニーズを開拓、対応する。ERMのビジネスを拡大。
日本オフィスでチームを育成・管理し、メンターとしてメンバーの成長をサポート。
必須要件
学士号(修士号や関連資格があれば尚可)
コンサルティングまたは関連分野での実務経験7年以上ある方
環境・ESG分野における専門知識(気候変動、自然資本、サーキュラーエコノミー、サプライチェーンマネジメントなど)
環境リスクやEHSコンプライアンスに関する知識

Key Responsibilities
Lead ESG risk assessments for private-sector clients (including supply chain risks), research international regulations and certifications, and develop and implement sustainability measures (climate change, natural capital, circular economy, etc.).
Manage ESG due diligence projects for multiple domestic and international sites, collaborating with clients, legal advisors, and financial consultants to address ESG-related issues (EHS compliance, remediation, liability cost estimation, PMI, etc.).
Coordinate cross-border projects with ERM's global teams, managing budgets, schedules, and client communications.Drive innovation in ESG for clients, identify and respond to client needs, and contribute to ERM's business growth.
Mentor and manage team members in the Japan office, supporting their professional development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)
Minimum 7 years of experience in consulting or related fields
Expertise in environmental and ESG areas (climate change, natural capital, circular economy, supply chain management, etc.)
Knowledge of environmental risk and EHS compliance
Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
Experience in team and project management
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of generating annual revenue of USD 1 million or more and securing large-scale projects (cross-border experience preferred)
Experience leading projects from client needs assessment through proposal development and execution
Ability to analyze risks and convert them into business opportunities
