東村山市を中心に介護事業所を運営をしていますが、

2026年4月に杉並区に新規open

今後も様々なエリアで事業所の展開を検討中です

  • 自宅から30分以内の場所で
  • 自転車で通える範囲で
  • 知り合いに会わないエリアで
  • 最寄り駅から近い職場で
  • 電車で通える範囲で

【仕事内容】

民間型デイサービスでの介護職のお仕事です。

<具体的には…>

・移動や歩行などのお手伝い

・機能訓練体操

・食事介助

・入浴介助

・送迎

/

無資格&未経験の方にお任せする仕事内容

・移動や歩行などのお手伝い

・利用者様へ飲み物・お昼のお弁当・おやつ等の提供

・レクリエーションの参加

※その他、食器やコップ、お皿洗い等カンタンな作業もお任せします

基本は先輩スタッフと2人1組になって利用者様の見守りをお願いするので、

  • 何をしたらいいかわからない…
  • 何も教わってない…
  • 1人の時間が長い…

なんてことは一切ありません

「なんか聞きづらいな…」

なんてこともないので、

わからないことはなんでも聞ける環境です

1対1で向き合った介護をしたい

定員10名の小規模デイサービスなので、

"スタッフの目が行き届かない"

クリスマス会や豆まきなど、

当社が運営する施設で

レクリエーションが一番多いのが特徴です

(※準備なども勤務中に行います。)

レクリエーションを楽しみにしているご利用者さまが多く、

スタッフたちも一緒に楽しんでいます

勤務時間詳細


【勤務時間】

8:00~18:00 (実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※上記の勤務時間から1日8時間の勤務となります。

※週2日~OK

【シフトについて】

シフトはあなたの希望で決めるので、

お好きな時間や日数をお申し付けください。

平日のみや土日祝メインなども対応可能です

【急なお休みも対応可能】

お子さまやご家族の体調不良など、

急なお休みがあった場合にも対応できます

基本給:時給 1280円 〜 1400円

  • 試用期間あり(3ヶ月)
