NHKの動画サービス運用にまつわる

*サイト管理用のVBA開発・保守

*CMSのオペレーション業務

*HTML、JSONの管理・メンテナンス

まずは現場での業務の流れや作業内容を把握していただくため、実際にCMS更新などのオペレーション業務に入っていただきます。

実際のデータ構造や運用フローに触れながら、改善ポイントを見つけていけるポジションです。

業務に慣れたら「業務効率化を実現する新規ツール開発」や「CMS・システムの改善提案」など、

技術的な裁量を持って取り組んでいただきます。

既存ツールの改善余地も多く、"手を動かしながら現場を変える"実感を得られます。

  • Pythonなどの言語スキルは必須ではありませんが、興味のある方は新しい技術にも触れられる環境です。

言語・ツールに縛られず、技術選定も相談しながら進められます。

  • オペレーション業務を覚えて改善業務メインとなっていただいたあとは、

ざっくり以下のような割合で幅広く携わっていただきます。

開発だけに閉じず、サイトの運用改善・業務設計まで経験できるため、

現在のVBAツールは、Excel整形用マクロとデータチェックツールの2種類のみ。

そのため、Excelの作成・チェック・集計といった"手作業"の工程が多く残っています。

だからこそ、あなたが生み出す自動化や効率化のアイデアが、

そのまま現場にダイレクトに反映される環境です。

チームにヒアリングをして課題を拾い、現場の声をもとに仕組みづくりをする

そんな動き方も自由にできます。

今、この業務を専門としているスタッフはゼロ。

登録者は350万人以上にのぼり、週150本の番組を管理する大規模運用の裏側を支えます。

事業拡大中のフェーズのため、NHK以外の案件もどんどん増えていく予定です。

  • チーム体制と働き方

現在のチームは、社員6名とパートナー社員2名の合計8名体制。

平日は朝会で進捗や課題を共有しています。

コミュニケーションはTeamsで行い、タスク管理はBacklogで行っていますが、使ったことがないという方でもすぐに慣れますので問題ありません

完全週休2日制で、年間休日は123日。

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 24万3800円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり6万2500円 〜 7万6200円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり40時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
