Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI Designer to join the Global Team. In this role, you will work in an international environment collaborating with designers, engineers, and the account/project management team to create engaging and accessible user interfaces for digital experiences. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a variety of digital projects and help global brands build their digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing user interfaces for brand websites, product pages, e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and social media assets- focusing on layout, typography, color, iconography, and overall visual style
  • Work with wireframes and UX specifications to produce high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes
  • Design UI and graphic assets for use across social media channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Create and update UI components, icons, and elements; help maintain and improve design systems and style guides
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure designs are on-brand, feasible, and effective across digital and social media platforms
  • Support delivery of responsive and accessible designs in line with industry standards, including WCAG guidelines
  • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine visual and interactive details
  • Assist with quality assurance for visual assets, documentation, and deliverables for development and social media handoff
  • Contribute to the creation of UI and graphic variations for A/B testing, including social media campaigns and content
  • Stay up to date with social media design trends and contribute ideas to optimize content engagement

Required Qualifications

  • Business-level proficiency in English and conversational-level Japanese (JLPT N3 or above), sufficient for internal team communication. Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Japanese; ability to participate in discussions and share feedback in English and/or Japanese
  • Experience working, or collaborating in multicultural, multilingual, or cross-functional teams
  • Practical UI design experience for web, mobile apps, and/or social media (including layout, typography, color, and component/interaction design)
  • Proficiency with UI design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop.

仕事内容

グローバルチームの一員として、クリエイティブで細部にこだわるジュニアUIデザイナーを募集しています。国際的な環境の中で、デザイナー、エンジニア、アカウント/プロジェクトマネジメントチームと連携しながら、ブランドやプロダクトのデジタル体験を高める魅力的でアクセシブルなユーザーインターフェースをデザインいただきます。多様なデジタルプロジェクトを経験し、グローバルブランドのデジタルプレゼンス構築に貢献できる絶好の機会です。

<具体的には>

  • ブランドサイト/商品ページ/ECプラットフォーム/モバイルアプリ/SNS用グラフィックのUI設計(レイアウト、タイポグラフィ、カラー、アイコン、ビジュアルデザイン全般)
  • ワイヤーフレームやUX要件に基づいた高解像度UIデザインやインタラクティブなプロトタイプの作成
  • SNSチャネル向けのUIおよびグラフィックアセットのデザイン(ブランドガイドラインに沿った一貫したビジュアル提案)
  • UIコンポーネントやアイコンの作成・更新、デザインシステムやガイドラインの運用・改善サポート
  • デザイナー、開発チーム、マーケティングチームと連携し、デジタル・SNS双方でブランドや要件を満たしたデザインを提供
  • 業界標準(WCAG等)に対応したレスポンシブ・アクセシブルデザインのサポート
  • デザインレビュー参加やフィードバックの反映によるビジュアル・インタラクションの改善
  • ビジュアルアセットやドキュメントの品質管理、開発やSNS運用に向けた納品物の準備補助
  • SNSキャンペーンも含め、A/Bテスト用UIやグラフィックバリエーションの作成・改善提案
  • SNSトレンドや最新デザイン動向の情報収集およびコンテンツエンゲージメント最適化への提案

経験・スキル

必須要件

  • ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語での社内コミュニケーションが可能な会話力(JLPT N3レベル以上) ※英語・日本語どちらでも業務上の議論・フィードバック共有ができる方
  • 多文化・多言語・クロスファンクションなチームでの業務や協働経験
  • Web/モバイルアプリ/SNS等におけるUIデザインの実務経験やプロジェクト経験(レイアウト、タイポグラフィ、カラー、コンポーネント/インタラクション)
  • FigmaやAdobe Photoshop等のUIデザインツールの操作経験
  • ポートフォリオ必須(ご応募の際はご自身のデザインプロセスやUI制作事例がわかるオンラインポートフォリオのリンクを必ずご提出ください)
