TERASSは「いい不動産取引は、いいエージェントから」を当たり前にするために、不動産売買領域のDXを行い、家を買う人、売る人、働く人等すべての不動産に関わる人をエンパワーメントするスタートアップ企業です。 募集背景 現在、住宅ローン選びの不透明さや煩雑さを解消するため、国内トップクラスの住宅ローン比較・提案プラットフォーム「Loan Checker」を主力事業として展開しています。不動産エージェントが顧客に最適なローンを提案できる仕組みを提供し、業界のDXを強力に推進しています。 事業の急成長および取扱案件数の増加に伴い、銀行代理業としての適正かつ効率的な業務運営体制(オペレーション)の構築・リードを担う、拠点責任者候補を募集しています。 【本ポジションにおけるミッション】 銀行代理業の拠点運営責任者として、安定的な業務フローの構築・運用と、実行数・売上の最大化 【上記ミッション達成のための想定アプローチ】 - 銀行代理業としての申込〜実行・管理 - 事務オペレーション(事務OP)の構築・管理 仕事概要 1.所属銀行との折衝・関係構築 - 住宅ローン商品・条件・運用ルールに関する協議 - 新施策・改善提案の企画および実行 2.営業企画・推進 - 住宅ローン事業の営業戦略・KPI設計 - 不動産会社等の提携先との連携・支援 3.事務オペレーションの管理 - 申込〜実行までの業務フロー設計・改善 - 申込・契約・実行に関わる事務品質・リスク管理 4.点マネジメント - メンバーのマネジメント・育成 - コンプライアンス・内部管理体制の構築 ※プレイングマネージャーとして、実務にも一定関与いただく想定です。 働く魅力 - 新しい銀行代理業のカタチを創る 既存の金融機関の枠組みを超え、スタートアップのスピード感とテクノロジーを融合させた、次世代の銀行代理業務をリードできる。 - 事業の根幹(売上確定フェーズ)を支える 営業が獲得した案件を確実に「実行・成約」へと繋げるプロセスの責任者として、事業の成長に直接的なインパクトを与えられる。 - コンプライアンス×DXの推進 高い信頼性が求められる金融業務において、デジタルを活用したミスのない、かつスピーディーなオペレーション体制を自ら設計・構築できる。 - 幅広いキャリア 単なる事務管理に留まらず、提携銀行とのリレーション構築や事業企画領域への参画など、経営に近い視点での業務経験が積める。
必須スキル
- 以下のいずれかを有していること - 銀行代理業における業務責任者(営業責任者等)の実務経験1年以上 - 金融機関(銀行、モーゲージバンク等)での住宅ローン営業・事務・審査・コンプライアンス関連の管理職経験1年以上
歓迎スキル
- 貸金業務取扱主任者 または 銀行業務検定(法務・財務等) - Fintech/スタートアップでの業務プロセス設計経験 - 複雑なステークホルダー(銀行、社内営業、エンジニア等)との調整能力
