Responsibilities
【業務内容詳細】
You will report to the Head of Accounting & Consolidation and play a key role in:
- Managing accounting operations and bookkeeping across multiple countries and entities
- Overseeing and coordinating external accounting partners for your entities
- Delivering monthly closings and financial reporting for your entities
- Preparing and reporting annual statutory local accounts
- Managing annual local financial audits
- Managing and coordinating external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax compliance
- Contributing to the drafting and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
- Driving continuous improvement and digitization of accounting processes
- Ensuring adoption and implementation of groupwide accounting policies and procedures for your entities
- Supporting accounting and finance projects
- Supporting business development on accounting and financerelated matters
- Partnering with other departments to enhance business performance while maintaining compliance
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Solid accounting knowledge and background across different local GAAPs
- IFRS knowledge is a plus

Company will consider candidates up to 12M JPY for annual salary (client may consider higher salary based on candidate skills and experience).
