・電話、メール等による予約業務
・団体予約に関する管理
・オペレーション対応
・ゲストからの問い合わせ対応
・PBX業務

*緊急の場合ゲスト対応のカバーをしていただくこともあります

資格

・未経験者歓迎 /経験者優遇(ホテル経験者を含)

・ビジネスレベルの英語力、日本語力

・思いやりの気持ちを持っている方

・柔軟に対応できる方

・チームメンバーと協力できる方

・シフト勤務できる方

・プレッシャーの中でも働ける方

・外国籍の方は日本で就労できるビザをお持ちの方のみ
