Revenue Recognition Manager/ Contract Manager

Report to: Head of Finance

1.業務内容

  • 会計、受注残、繰延資産、繰延収益、収益認識、契約条件などに関するの深いスキルを持つスペシャリスト
  • 会計ガイドライン(IFRSおよびJ-GAAP)に沿った顧客契約からの計上、および帳簿と記録の整合性に責任を持つ
  • 収益認識に関する内部統制項目への適合性の確保
  • SAPにおける契約(SDおよびRAR)の財務的観点からの意思決定およびレビュー責任

    • 2.責務

  • 会計基準および適用される法規制に従い定義されたバリューフロー(収益、受注残、繰延資産、繰延負債)を監視し、契約レベルの帳簿と記録の正確性を確保する。
  • ブロックされた契約の監視および契約レベルの貸借対照表項目のモニタリング、契約やオーダーの逸脱を分析し、必要な措置を講じるとともに修正する。
  • 履行義務判定チェック、SD対RARチェック、収益会計契約データの作成、およびそれぞれの承認(SDとRAR)を行い、新規オーダーと収益の計上を完了させる。
  • 契約管理部門と緊密に連携し、契約書や注文書のセットアップや変更を確実に行う。
  • 取引価格配分のチェック/再配分の処理および認識された収益に関する売上原価(COGS)の配分を検討する。
  • 契約資産、契約負債、未収金調整勘定の残高照合の実施、月末締めの取引清算、最終的な配分を含む収益会計契約のクロージングおよび契約資産と契約負債の清算を行う。

    • 3.知識・経験・スキル

  • 5年以上の経理または関連する会計のプロフェッショナルとしての経験。(収益認識や保守契約に関わる経験、ヘルスケア業界経験があれば尚可。)
  • SAPおよびERPシステム導入経験もしくは使用経験
  • 契約管理や商談管理部門とコミュニケーションし、計上処理プロセスをリードする調整能力
  • 数字やデータを扱うセンスと、デジタルツールの知識があれば望ましい
  • 言語スキル:
  • 英語:ビジネスレベル(ドイツ本社、APJリージョナルと対応できるコミュニケーション能力が求められます)
  • 日本語:ネイティブレベル
