仕事内容
プロスポーツチームのコアプロダクト(ユニフォームや応援タオルなど)や、スポーツイベントなどでのアパレル/グッズに関する商品企画・調達業務
具体的には
応援グッズやアパレルの商品企画・発注
売上データの分析・販売予測をもとにしたPDCAの実行
チームやイベントに応じたMD(商品投入)プランの立案
在庫・納品の管理など、販売までの全体管理
新たなカテゴリやチーム商材など、新規取扱商品の開拓
チームマネジメント全般
- 取り扱う商品の例
ユニフォーム、アパレル、タオルなどの応援グッズ、ファン心理に寄り添った選手関連アイテム など

- 消費財やtoC向け商材を取り扱う店舗商品調達 又は 店舗運営型MD経験5年以上(商品開発や商品開発に伴うベンダーコントロール等)
- Office Excel(表計算や関数)を使った業務経験
- チームマネジメント経験

給与:年俸制:600万円~800万円
