仕事内容


タオル製品の企画営業を担っている部署で、外勤営業の補佐として資料作成や受発注の管理、サンプルのチェック、海外工場とのやり取りなど社内業務をお任せします。入社後はOJT形式で先輩社員から仕事を教わります。

【主な仕事内容】

・海外工場との折衝(納期調整、在庫管理、コスト調整など)

・商品サンプルの検品、管理

・在庫管理、売上管理

・客先提出書類や社内共有資料の作成

・社内システム入力

・その他付随する業務

  • 語学力(英語)不問ですが、お持ちであれば活かせます

【必須】

・営業事務や一般事務のご経験 1年以上

・基本的なPCスキル(Excel、PPTの使用経験)

【歓迎】※必須ではありません

・生産管理/貿易事務/購買などのご経験

・法人/個人営業のご経験

・OEM,ODMメーカーでのご経験

※語学力は不問ですが、英語や中国語などが堪能な方は活かしていただけます

固定時間制

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

09:00 ~ 18:00

平日:9:00~18:00(うち休憩1時間)の中から実働6時間から実働8時間にて決定します

給与


時給 1500円 ~ 1700円

※交通費支給あり

※経験、スキル、前職給与を考慮の上優遇いたします

※昇給(年1回)や賞与時期に寸志がでることも

試用期間あり

試用期間の長さ:3ヶ月
