<未経験者の研修>
充実の研修があるので、経験・知識がなくても大丈夫
まずは事業内容を理解する研修として、
スマホ教室の講師やスマホ初期設定サポート等の現場研修からスタート
《研修スケジュール例》
入社~6ヶ月:現場研修(週4~5日)、営業アシスタント研修(週1日程度)
6ヶ月~1年:現場研修の引き継ぎ(後輩育成)、営業アシスタント研修
1年:営業アシスタント業務、現場稼働(週1~2日)
