【職務内容】
本社機能を有する当社経営企画部のメンバーを募集しており、経営企画業務全般をお任せするポジションです。
【具体的には】
※以下は当社経営企画部で対応している主な業務となります。スキル・ご経験に応じてお任せする業務を決定させていただきます。
入社後、まずは子会社・関係会社の経営管理、支援、各種ガバナンス統制またはIRに関する業務を中心に従事いただき、会社の理解を深めていただく予定です。
■子会社・関係会社の経営管理、支援、各種ガバナンス統制対応(海外含む)
■コーポレートガバナンスの推進、強化
■IR(Investor Relations)に関する業務全般 (各種開示書類の作成、決算説明会運営、株主総会運営、個人投資家/機関投資家対応 等)
■同社グループ全体の経営戦略の立案支援、推進
■グループ全体/個別事業の戦略の立案支援、予算策定、とりまとめ及び業績管理、分析
■資金政策・資本政策の検討、推進(M&A、ベンチャー投資、JV 設立、資金調達等)
■各種会議体運営(取締役会等)
■その他各種プロジェクトへの参画

■以下(1)~(4)のいずれかの業務経験
子会社・関係会社の経営管理、支援、各種ガバナンス統制対応
開示書類作成を含むIR(Investor Relations)の経験
経営戦略、事業戦略の立案支援
予算策定及び業績管理
■英語(リーディング、ライティング)
■コーポレートファイナンスに関する基本知識、理解
【歓迎経験・スキル】
■資金政策・資本政策の検討、推進の経験
■英語(スピーキング、リスニング)
■IT、ソフトウェア業界における経験や知見
