キャッシュレス決済の導入を支援するコンサルティング営業

飲食店・美容室・小売店など、

日常の中でよく利用される店舗様に向けて、

キャッシュレス決済サービスの導入・見直しをご提案します。

単にサービスを売る営業ではなく、

「今の決済方法で困っていることはないか」

「手数料や運用面で改善できる点はないか」

といった点をヒアリングし、

店舗ごとに最適な決済環境を一緒に考えていく仕事です。

業務の流れ

① ご案内・アプローチ

新規店舗へのご案内が中心ですが、

アプローチ方法は電話に限りません。

効率の良いやり方を、自分なりに工夫しながら進められます。

② 内容説明・条件確認

決済サービスの内容や手数料、導入後の流れなどを説明します。

多くの場合、最初のご案内時点で条件面のすり合わせまで完了します。

③ 最終確認(訪問 or 電話)

いわゆる「クロージング重視の商談」というより、

内容を整理して説明し、安心してもらうための場です。

電話のみで申込みが完了するケースもあります。

④ ご契約・導入サポート

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥280,000 〜 ¥380,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥72,833〜¥98,844(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給28万円~35万円(固定残業代含む)

※経験・年齢・能力を考慮のうえ、優遇します。

月給には、

時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の固定残業代を含んでいます。

固定残業代:月7万2,833円~9万1,041円(45時間分)

45時間を超過した場合は、超過分を別途全額支給します。

想定年収

年収390万円~490万円(入社時)

未経験スタートでも、

安定した月給+賞与で収入を確保できます。

昇給・賞与

・賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

・昇給:年1回(6月)

※営業実績に応じて評価

※1回の昇給で月給3万円~5万円アップした実績もあります
