仕事内容


障がいをお持ちの方が、焙煎所でコーヒー豆の選別、加工に従事しています。

その作業の補助をお願いします。

(1)障がいスタッフの見守り

(2)マニュアルに基づいた加工業務の補助

(3)日々の勤怠・作業の本社への報告

(4)備品補充の相談、調整

(5)本社、支援機関、施設管理会社との取次

(6)その他、本社への報告・連絡・相談

※障がい者の方と共に楽しくお仕事をしていただきたいです。

※未経験の方でも丁寧に指導しますので、経験や知識は問いません。

※2026年4月の新規開設に伴う募集です。

※業務変更範囲:変更なし

【職場環境について】

焙煎所(ロースタリー)で障がいのある方が、コーヒーの選別・加工に従事しています。

皆が毎日楽しく働けるような雰囲気づくり、安心して楽しく働ける環境づくりのサポートをする業務です。

障がい者スタッフは通勤・身の回りのことなど自力で行える方です、業務サポートに集中できます。

※施設内は冷暖房完備。

※感染症対策ありの清潔な職場です。

・15:00 パッケージ加工

・16:30 清掃・終礼

・17:00 退勤

※服装は動きやすい服装でOK

※17:00退勤なので家事などと両立して働くことができます。
