仕事概要
グローバルで通用する "ECモール特化" の「ECコンサルティング組織」の拡大を行うべく、AnyMindが支援するブランドに対して、デジタルマーケティングを基軸としたプランニング及び提案から実行までを行います。
オープンな職場にて、社内外の各ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら、プロジェクトを推進いただきます。

様々な業態・業種のクライアントに対して、目的に応じた適切な解決策を、デジタルマーケティングを中心に自ら提案し、実行/運用まで行います。
そのため、営業メンバーと連携したすり合わせから、顧客戦略の明確化、KPIの策定、訴求内容の策定、広告媒体×タイプのプランニング、クリエイティブのプランニング/ディレクション、分析・PDCA運用、レポーティングまで、あらゆる業務を深く活用できます。
広告運用という枠組みに囚われず、デジタルマーケティングのスペシャリストとして、関係するSEO・SNS運用・CRM運用など幅広く提案が可能です。
各専門チームを巻き込んだプロジェクト推進ができる組織体制
AnyMindでは、広告運用に限らず、ECモール・自社ECサイトも含めたEC/D2Cの総合グロース支援を行っています。
そのため、販促施策に応じて、EC全体のプランニングチーム、SNS特化のプランニングチーム、各チャネルの運用チームなど、各専門チームとも連携を行います。
特にインフルエンサーマーケティングを中心とした「マーケティングソリューション」においては業界トップクラスのノウハウを保有しており、キャッチアップした施策をECコンサルティングのサービス品質向上に応用し、ブランドへ提供できる価値を向上させられます。
グローバルに活躍できる環境(クロスボーダー案件)
AnyMindでは、インドネシアのディストリビューターDDI社のM&Aなど、日本だけではなくグローバルでEC/D2C事業の拡大に注力しています。
