As a member of the Emerge team, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering capabilities of the marketing automation platforms in conjunction with ad technologies for the Enterprise Marketing function as well as the organization as a whole. This will include strategic consulting of existing usage of the platform, identifying solutions for new needs, opportunities to further connect and leverage data lead marketing systems, and overall support strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with client to build out or migrate the website utilizing CMS.
  • Drive the full stack development of front-end, website infrastructure, API integrations, logging, and more.
  • Ensure the full site is accessible, reliable, performant, instrumented, and optimized to increase conversions across multiple geographies.
  • Provide best practice and operational guidance to client web master and CMS developers.

    • What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience building scalable platforms.
  • Proficiency with java
  • Familiarity with structured data and CMS platforms such as Adobe AEM, Drupal, SiteCore.
  • Motivation to maximize business impact, and the ability to role up one's sleeves and get scrappy to make it happen.
  • Rigorous attention to detail across the full stack to provide best in class service mind set.
  • A good understanding of accessibility and a willingness to advocate to the client operational team.
  • Experience as marketing professional, Consulting experience in IT, strategy, and marketing consulting firms or systems integration companies.
  • Thrives in a cross-functional team
  • Self-directed, highly motivated and independent
  • Business level Japanese and English

    What You'll Do

  • Identify, design, develop and test solutions leveraging martech tools in support of the Enterprise Marketing function
  • Apply engineering solutions to real-world marketing use cases
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation strategy and program
  • Experience implementing API and other integrations program
  • Cloud storage such as AWS, GCP, Azure and FTP services
  • Deep understanding of marketing processes and procedures to provide consultancy
  • Partner with internal teams across the company to drive out solutions that meet business objectives

    • What You'll Bring

  • Proven self-starter in ambiguous situations
  • Working knowledge of Ad technologies and media eco-system
  • Experience in Marketing technologies and automation systems such as Adobe Marketing cloud, Drupal, etc.
  • Understand the logic and application of CDP/ DMP
  • Understand digital marketing landscape between Paid, organic, and social.
  • An understanding of building data foundation for applied analytics in the area of marketing automation
  • Experience as marketing professional, Consulting experience in IT, strategy, and marketing consulting firms or systems integration companies.
  • Thrives in a cross-functional team
  • Self-directed, highly motivated and independent
  • Business level Japanese and English
