グローバルで通用する "ECモール特化" の「ECコンサルティング組織」の拡大を行います。
最初は自らも現場でコンサルティング業務を行いながら、自社プロダクトの『ECマネジメントプラットフォーム AnyX』を組み込んだオペレーション/業務フローの改善、マニュアルの改善、組織設計、採用やメンバーへのオンボーディング設計/実行など、組織立ち上げ&拡大に一緒に "コミット" してくれる、マネージャーを募集します。 ※ECチャネルとして優先度が高いのは、グローバルへ展開できるAmazon運用

オペレーション組織1→100拡大の経験
AmazonのECコンサルティングとしてのサービス品質を向上させつつ、同時に品質を担保したまま量を増やせるように、ECモールのコンサルティング組織の拡大を行います(将来的に20〜30名程度の組織まで拡大見込み)。
グローバルへ横転しやすいAmazonをはじめ、将来的には各拠点で規模の大きい主要なECマーケットプレイス(ECモール)も統括できる組織まで、拡大を見込んでいます。

自社プロダクトを活用したサービス開発/オペレーション構築
自社プロダクトのECマネジメントプラットフォーム AnyXを組み込んだサービス設計、およびオペレーション改善を行います。
プロダクト開発チームは、エンジニアもインハウス化しており、ブランドの売上最大化・新サービス提供のために必要な開発リクエストに対して、アジャイルな開発が可能です。
また、社内のAnyMind LLM Labのメンバーとも連携しながら、業務の効率化・品質担保のためのプロジェクトも推進します。
プランニング・SNS/CRMなどの専門チームとの連携
AnyMindでは、ECモールに限らず、自社ECサイトも含めたEC総合グロース支援を行っています。
そのため、販促施策に応じて、EC全体のプランニングチーム、SNS特化のプランニングチーム、各チャネルの運用チームなど、各専門チームとも連携を行います。
特にインフルエンサーマーケティングを中心とした「マーケティングソリューション」においては業界トップクラスのノウハウを保有しており、キャッチアップした施策をECコンサルティングのサービス品質向上に応用し、ブランドへ提供できる価値を向上させられます。
グローバルで活躍できる環境
AnyMindでは、インドネシアのディストリビューターDDI社のM&Aなど、日本だけではなくグローバルでEC/D2C事業の拡大に注力しています。
ECモールにて、海外to日本のブランドの売上向上に取り組めるのはもちろん、グローバルマーケットプレイスであるAmazonでは、海外に向けたコンサルティング経験も可能です。
また、日本での組織立ち上げを経験した後に、再現性をもって海外での組織立ち上げのチャンスもありえます。
