創設された福祉の総合施設「ソーシャルインクルージョンヴィレッジ」の中にあるレストランです。

私たちは売上のみを追求するのではなく、

ここを「食」を通じて地域とソーシャルインクルージョンヴィレッジをつなぐ

1つのコミュニティとして発展させていきたいと考えています。

【具体的には】

2025年3月にオープンしたビュッフェタイプのレストランにて店長として店舗運営業務をお任せします。

<店舗運営業務>

・接客、調理

・品質管理

・売上管理

・発注業務

・シフト作成、管理

もちろん、店舗運営業務だけでなく

隣接する「奈良おもちゃ美術館」とのコラボ企画(イベント開催、イベントメニューの考案など)や、

地域を主体としたイベント(マルシェ、料理教室、交流会など)の開催企画など

「いんくるれすとらん」を通じてつながりを形成できるようなコミュニティづくりも店長の仕事になります。

【レストランについて】

大学学食跡を利用した120席ほどのビュッフェ形式のレストランです。

保育園も運営する檸檬会の管理栄養士が監修した

「からだにやさしいランチビュッフェ」が魅力のお店です。

隣接する、「奈良おもちゃ美術館」に訪れる親子や近隣の住民や学生さんなど

幅広いお客様でにぎわっています。

4月には「ソーシャルインクルージョンヴィレッジ」内に、

保育園も開園予定もっと地域の方との交流が深められる場所になります。

必須(MUST)

飲食店での実務経験をお持ちの方

店長、副店長、マネージャー等の経験がある方

基本的なPCスキル(Word、Excelでの入力程度)

※2年目からは夜営業もスタート予定(時期は未定です。)

基本給:年俸 400万円 〜 500万円

固定残業代:なし
