Job Summary:
A global manufacturing company is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist (Staff-Manager level) to join their team. This role will be instrumental in driving financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support growth and expansion strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping achieve financial goals and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support financial decision-making
- Manage and optimize financial performance through variance analysis and ongoing monitoring of KPI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and efficiency
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and managerial accounting
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial software
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience working in a managerial role is nice to have
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
This position offers an annual salary ranging from ¥5,000,000 to ¥10,000,000 based on experience and qualifications. In addition, they provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for career advancement within a growing company.
