同社は「建設業界をより良くする現場DX・ICTプラットフォーム企業」として、創業以来増収・高利益率を維持しながら事業成長を続けています。今後は新規事業・M&A・アライアンスをさらに積極化するフェーズに入り、経営全体の舵取りを担う経営企画部の強化が急務となっています。
経営企画部は現在、部長+メンバー2名の少数精鋭体制です。
今回の採用では、 部長直下で全社の戦略立案~予算統制~経営分析を幅広くリードし、将来的には部門マネジメントも任せられる方 を求めています。
【ミッション】
・全社の中期経営計画・事業計画の策定と推進
・事業部との連携によるPL/BS/KPIのモニタリング体制の強化
・経営層への課題提言と意思決定支援
・経営会議・取締役会向け資料の品質向上
・組織拡大に伴う管理会計基盤の整備・改善
・M&A/投資案件の検討~実行(DD対応・PMI準備)
・経営企画メンバーの育成および業務推進のリード
【職務内容】
・予算管理(予算策定、フォーキャスト策定、予実分析)
・中期経営計画・全社戦略の策定および統制
・事業責任者との計画立案・KPI策定
・M&A・アライアンス戦略の検討、実行支援
・IR関連(決算説明資料、投資家対応)
・経営課題の抽出と改善提案 など

【求める人材】
【必須要件】
■事業会社での経営企画・事業企画・管理会計関連業務
■コンサルティングファームでの戦略策定/計画策定・実行支援
■事業会社の経理部門での業務改善や全社横断プロジェクトの実行経験
【歓迎要件】
・M&A(DD/PMI)の実務経験
・アカウンティング/ファイナンスの専門知識
・マネジメント経験(リーダー・PM含む)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
【給与】
年収 800 ~ 950 万円
※業務手当はみなし20~40時間分の時間外勤務手当として支給。(もし時間外勤務時間がみなし支給分を超えた場合は別途支給します。)
※管理監督者として採用の場合はみなし時間外勤務はなし、役職手当を別途支給します。
※経験・スキルを考慮して相談に応じます。
